  • We’re a pet-friendly community committed to a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. Permitted Pets: Dogs and cats welcome; $200 one-time up front pet fee. Maximum of two (2) pets per apartment All pets must be registered with management prior to move-in or adoption Breed Guidelines: Certain dog breeds and breed mixes are not permitted, including dogs with similar physical characteristics or traits: Pit Bull–type breeds (including Staffordshire Terrier), American Bulldog, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Akita, St. Bernard, Great Dane, and Karelian Bear Dog. Management reserves the right to restrict any animal that poses a safety concern. Prohibited Animals: Exotic or non-domestic animals are not permitted, including reptiles, ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, birds, pigs, arachnids, predatory or poisonous animals, and farm animals. Aquariums: Maximum 5 gallons in first-floor apartments only. Prior management approval required. Responsible Ownership: Pets must be leashed in common areas Owners must clean up after pets. Residents are responsible for all pet-related damage or disturbances Assistance Animals: These guidelines do not apply to approved service or assistance animals as defined by law. Questions?   • Smoking of tobacco or any other legal or illegal substance is not allowed anywhere in the common areas, in any building, or in dwelling unit or balcony. Violation of this policy may result in a fine of $150 and non-renewal.
